MOTORCYCLES
The Road Traffic Act applies on the estate and failure to adhere to it could result in prosecution. Helmets are to be worn and Learner drivers are not to have pillion passengers.
The only motorcycles allowed on the main part of the estate are those of Chalet Residents. All other motorcycles are not allowed past the recycling area where there is a free parking area for them.
Motorcycles are not allowed on the green in front of the Café/Shop and must leave the estate before the main gate closing times published throughout the estate.
