CARS AND VANS
The Road Traffic Act applies on the estate and failure to adhere to it could result in prosecution.
Drivers are to keep within the speed limit of 15 mph and parking is only allowed in the areas designated. Drivers are requested to be mindful of children and pedestrians throughout the estate.
Visitors are not allowed to park in any of the resident’s spaces (designated by numbers painted on the ground) and fines can be administered by PPS for any infringement.
There is a limit of 5 metres on the length of a vehicle and a maximum weight of 3500 kilograms.
Please park sensibly in any of the following places:
The main car park in any of the spaces without numbers painted on the ground.
On the grass at the cliff side of the road at the top of the hill.
On the unfenced green at the end of the park known as West Point.
Parking a large distance from the nearest car or taking over a large area beside vehicles by using wind breaks etc, severely limits the number of spaces available and the income needed to maintain the estate for future generations, please be sensible for everyone’s benefit.
Non-resident’s vehicles are not permitted to stay on the estate overnight and staying in vehicles or camping overnight is not allowed at any time of the year.
Vehicle owners must adhere to the strict parking rules shown on the PPS signs and vehicles must leave the site before the closed times shown on the Gates Closed signs throughout the estate.
Vehicle owners leave items in their vehicles at their own risk.
